Only last month PF got handed additional shares/options and 5 weeks later they sack him without a replacement. Most may not see this as a problem however in the commercial world this would be ring alarm bells. If we didn't need a CEO to be successful then why replace PF. The truth will be told soon and yes we need a very good CEO to be successful
