    Perhaps their just better informed than those who purport to be and who are anti carbon emmisions reductions here in HC land.
    Moreover lets not forget the English tory party,you know the one that tones adressed,and their comments about how abbott cocked up in relation to addressing carbon emmisions

    Lord Deben says his criticism would not be as harsh if the Government planned to replace the carbon tax with a policy that would achieve similar results.
