both CEO's worked at Microsoft together. Both started startup companies. both had market leading and ground breaking technology compared to other platforms. both from the same state in america. both from Seattle. Both are friends. Both listing or listed on the ASX. Both completed backdoor takeovers of struggling mining companies. both offices in perth. both relisting under a new name. both have made deals with the biggest players in their area (buddy - facebook, SYT - AT&T). This can't all be coincidence, they basically have done exactly the same thing. SYT is just going through the stages a little later then BUD. they must have talked together on how to do this. maybe there will be a potential merger. if there was a merger this would be a major company.
