This getting complex. Canadian co Valeant now has takeover offer for Cephalon.

However, to concentrate on Cephalon t/o CXS - does anyone have knowedge of how Cephalon went about it's takeover of Arana here recently.

Valeant has indicated that takeovers by Ceph are not in Ceph's shareholders best interests. Yet the board of Ceph no doubt see this takeover as a 'poison-pill' making it harder for Valeant to get value out of Ceph.

Cephalon will either hold off on this takeover, or go full bore at it, maybe even offering a slightly higher price of a lower hurdle than 90%. (Which is not saying much usefull)
