smokeandfire - the market doesn't like it & nor do I. It is messy ... offer price is not carrot ... takeover company is itself looking to be taken over ... very messy. I bought in (yes to make some $$) but also of the belief that the management would obtain clear value for the intellectual property and R&D, has not worked out as I had planned.
