cephalon worried..why else phone small holders

Had a call from some group on behalf Cephalon encouraging me to sell to Cephalon. As I only hold 10,000 that says to me that they are having to try very hard to get to 50%. Also says that the large holders must be holding...if they weren't there's no need to waste time with small fry like me.
So i Say, HOLD and get the true value later.
