    I would say there is a high probability that SOF has a vested interest in the bid getting up. He surfaced about the same time on "Sharesene" (yes I know spelling is wrong) and has been presenting the same pro-acceptance line. Not that he is not entitled to do that, just that you should form your own views with this in mind.
