    Just got called by GPS soliciting support on behalf of Celephon.

    It appears very apparent to me that the Directors and Celephon have an under the table arrangment going on and the last thing on their mind is getting the best result for shareholders.

    Was there talk of a class action on this board, I am interested in helping out.
