Nursey - I understand your point and personally totally agree with your 'profitability of the company' comment its just that if things like D2E and time frame till dividends are still up in the air then that is going to continue to hold off insto's and other investors in the short to medium term.

Coppertop - Thats a great point that you bring up the question then is, are they the same banks and %'s lending to CER as CNP. If not, isnt there the possibility that some banks would actually be screwing other banks and thus not be totally against D2E.
