It also reads that CER is liable by way of cross guarantees for debts within CER, namely the value to holders of the two unlisted funds which are now frozen *until further notice.*

The debts to the holders of the two CER unlisted funds is the issue that keeps getting dodged by everyone who wants to dream about blue sky for this company.

Those same two funds that are being scrutinised at the moment, the issue is not legal fees as some comprehension challenged individuals might dream, it is debt liability. If CER cannot include any value of those funds in its books then those funds are worthless and a liability.

I don't mind if this article is re posted twenty times before this potential liability is sorted out.

This is not over red rover by any means, those two frozen unlisted funds are not just going to disappear because they don't fit into your investment wishes.

The banks are still very itchy and the freezer is full.

CER has dodged one bullet because the banks had no choice but to agree to debt extensions, there is another major company event taking place to reduce debt levels to lower LVR, whether you mobilise enthusiasm among the HC flock to the contrary or not.

Once that hierarchy of debt is satisfied, the next hierarchy will require attention and so on until the mess is sorted, as I said it ain't over yet.

You can try and pull the blue sky over every ones eyes if you want but don't send them or yourself blind in doing so.
