I was wrong. The CNP shareholders look like missing out as the CER interest held by CNP looks like going to the hedge funds. CEr will survive and should increase in value over time but short term could be volatile as the hedge funds cash in. At least it should destroy, finally, the majority shareholding that has held everything back for so long.
The whole business structure is still confusing!!
