I read it as all CNP assets like CNP interest in CER will be taken by the lenders. Essentially CNP shares are worthless at the moment. By this I mean the only thing propping the SP up is the promised 100mil payout.
At the end of the day on current information, CNP holders will end up with a cheque for Shares they hold x Y cents and the CNP listing on the ASX will disappear.
