    REITs are too complex for me to get my head around fully, but after a recent visit to Japan (and seeing a couple of BJT properties in the flesh) I've taken a small punt at 29.

    Just out of curiosity, anyone know of any J-REITs that have more Hokkaido exposure than BJT?
