The combined sale value of these properties is about US$75m. Not bad going.

Doesnt hurt for Centro to send a fax to the ASX advising the market of property sales in the last month or last 2 months.

Theyve probably noted a negative variance associated with fax costs and are now limiting the amount of faxes they send per day....
