Forgot to answer your question as well - in the webcast GR says that the strategy is for CNP to reduce the leverage of super LLC (CER does not have to because it has a disproportionate amount of $s in Super LLC). CER has $US400 centres for sale in the US and $A100 in OZ. I assume this will be enough for CER.
