    The D4E will never happen to CNP. This is probably why CNP is favoured over CER over the last couple of months. If it did happen, it will result in compulsory aquisition of remaining shareholders. Does anyone think shareholders would approve the D4E so that they give up their shareholding at the prevailing SP?
