The CER Chairmans report listed the objectives of the CER board. First was to obtain debt extension, second was to seek ways to become more independent from the Centro group. The notice of AGM states "Over time, we intend to continue to identify objectively qualified candidates to join the CER Board separate from the Centro Properties Group Board.

Separation seems to be a pretty big issue (second to debt extension). Isn't this a little bit alarming with so many CNP Board members on CER's board.

Dont get me wrong, I would love for Centro and CER to flourish, it just seems a bit as if CER dont like CNP's chances.

I know they mention conflicts of interest, but I would prefer to read ' restoring shareholders value' as second priority.....
