    fellas,

    can anyone direct me to an idiot-proof explanation of exactly how CER's numerous overseas investments are structured?

    specifically i'm looking for info on how the LLC's are used and how these flow down to the ultimate holding entity in Aus.

    sure i saw a diagram or something on a release at some point but damned if i can find it!
