    the more I read about this, it seems that the holders of CER will be the winners out of this deal-

    1. No dilution
    2. Greater possibility of distributions starting again
    3. Debt rolled for 2 years
    4. Risk seems to be assumed mainly by CNP

    This is my take on it. Interested in other opinions

    I hold a stake in both.
