Low volumes indicate some accumulation but many have been burnt on this stock. Goes back down as soon as it rises?
From what I have gathered from analysts the stock should be around the 40cent mark atm.
Maybe if they removed shorting on the stock it would fare a little better. It's proven that shorts increases the volatility on stocks.
