Completely agree with your blue chip rational - however i view CER as a low risk high return investment with incredible upside. The property sector will turn the corner in 2009 and 2010...we only need to look at the pattern of the property market over the last century, essentially peaks and troughs are inevitable in any market.
However stocks like ENL will always follow feature in my portfolio due to the lucrative nature of its trading activities.
