    Can someone please tell me what the difference is with these two stocks

    Is CER the better buy? It seems that CNP has more potential for upside???

    CNP was a $10 stock and CNP was a $2-3

    If asset prices recover doesn't CNP have more upside with the larger asset base. I guess it also has more debt as well

    Anyone?
