I think you are not aware of the situation here with CNP has much liability than CER. Although in the long term, CNP will have more upside than CER if the debt level is brought down significantly, then CNP will have better future than CER. Otherwise, CER will have better upside than CNP after the 15th of January,2009 announcement. CER share price will be higher than CNP shortly after that even before that happens.
