I don't understand why people don't see the value in CER,
CER can exist without centro, when a question was asked regarding this topic during it's annual report webcast, Glen replied by saying CNP is just an RE, if CNP folds, a new RE will take CNP's place
this specifically means CER's fate is not directly interlinked with CNP's. The only reason i can think of why the SP is this low is because of further asset devaluations both in the US and in AUS, does anybody know what happens if lending covenants are broken due to further asset devaluations?
