I think these sellers are mostly retail investors. They bought one or two million of shares just recently and don't want hold longer as they are watching sp going down.

Ironically, the news for CER got better since 15 January regarding its survival, but sp got hammered. I think last night US unemployment number could be one reason that people think nobody in the US will go shopping anymore, all stores and malls will be closed, all REIT's go bust.

Take it like those predictions such as oil at $ 200, Aussie interests at 12 % and so on.

We will survive, just how painful will it be ?
