Blastoff, Please re read my post to gain its full meaning. Sure some banks are supportive of both CNP & CER, but most banks are out to look after themselves. Potential dilution for CER shareholders is a real risk not a dream. Ignoring risks can be a dangerous occupational risk for successful investing. I am not saying it is going to happen but it can happen, for reasons previously outlined in my original post. Best to consider all options etc. Regards Buffett
