Cant see dilution happening whatsoever unless it is a volunatry choice made by individual shareholders.
The reason is CNP needs to maintain its 51% shareholding for equity accounting reasons.
Nevertheless a rights issue by CER, or even multile rights issues over time, to all shareholders could 'fix' things overnight; should it be perceived such was necessary.
It is not necessary however. The snowball is unbalanced and will start building momentum soon.
