    This is very true but remember the banks decide their refinancing arrangements with CER not CNP.
    Lets take a greedy bank who has large refinancing with CER, they could play hardball with CER. Doubt other banks would take this debt out in the current market.
    Not saying it will happen, but there is the possiblity. A fight like this would not be between CER/CNP but the banks themselves fighting for the lion's share of assets. Each bank has its own agenda. The positive to this scenario is that CER are not looking at rolling over as much this year as CNP had to do last year.

    PS Still like the agric/commodity story involve the BRIC countries long term, but gold is the interesting asset at the moment.
