Keeping up a variety of cereal is a challenge though because there aren't all that many plain & healthy, non-sweetened ones to keep boredom at bay. Always welcome suggestions.
Weetbix, Shredded Wheat, various mixtures of cereal/fruits/ nuts is what I mainly stick to. Oh and Nutrigrain, not sure if thats got sugar though, pretty lazy with labels & directions &etc.
Won't come at oats though although I make the 90 sec variety every day for my wife.

See suggestions under Crumbed Dory. I know. Wrong heading....but my black rice was an excellent brunch for me today and it is very healthy indeed.

Soaked oats make an easy brilliant breakie or snack....
