I believe cawthorn is correct in saying Tanbreez is connected.
Google offered this on the second vendor selling the Ivittuut tenement to EPM
"Key executive Barnes is the indirect owner Tanbreez’s parent company Rimbal Pty Ltd through its sole owner, the Barnes Family Trust."

So the second vendor Rimbal Pty Ltd is too under direct control of the former vendor and sole owner being "Greg Bennett Barnes"
This connects Tanbreez to control over EPM and given the sale of shares involved in the transactions detailed in EPMs announcement dated 14th of January 2021. The control looks to be significant.
