Norm Seckold is the largest shareholder in CJO. Anything that affect the eventual share price hurts him more than anyone of us. If there is any share dilution, he would have thought it thru many many times. He must have a very very good reason to raise capital at this low price, if it is at all considered. He is a very astute miner and has a better insight into CJO than anyone of us. There are many good things going on behind the scene that may not have become announcements yet. He has a proven record and let us sit back and trust that he is doing all he can to make build up CJO.
