The Patent was issued in 2013.
Richard Sealy the M.D. and CEO had no interest in CertainID. He loves RFID.
When Charles Hunting came on Board in Feb 2015, he made little effort to move it forward, always saying getting Finance was difficult. It was available, and the CSIRO in some instances go for an Equity Stake instead.
It was only when David Matthews came on Board that any real progress started.
We have lost at least 3 years on the Patent and who knows what in terms of competing technologies in the Market.
The current Board have no interest in re- engaging with Peter Atherton, silly, there could be a CertainID Mark 2
out there.
With the Isity Global Acquisition coming in June 2016, a stronger KKL may have had other options.
Let's hope its not too late.

Like I have been saying for a while now, there must be some exceptional circumstances that allow KKL to still be on the ASX? I just wonder what they are?
