Two things due this month:
1) Prefeas study on a heap leach operation that will produce a profit of 10m pa for 20 + years. plant to begin commissioning in jan 2008.
2) sizing study on a CIL operation that is pegged for 3-5mtpa. if we go mid range at 4mtpa, grade is 3gpt, we will produce 375000 oz pa. profit at 350USD cost per once with gold at 750 is $150M USD PA! prod to start 2h 2008.
current market cap of company is now under 200m AUD.
therefore pe will be close to 1.
200m MC. annual profit of 180m on todays exchange rate.
similar other companies with less gold have caps of 4-500m usd. hence my belief for a 3-5 dollar shareprice.
these news items are imminent. see recent quarterly and shareholder update. get on board now while its under the insto radar.
also check website for good research reports.
