Re- CBH u forgot to mention the $200 mill bond issue, payable at 7.25% pa.
For legal purposes this is also classed as "borrowing"under AXS rules.
The lenders are protected by a Trust holding firm and the DEBT is spread across all the CBH operating companies.
It would only take one hiccup and the whole house of cards would come tumbling down...risky business
