Point taken however your "house of cards" is referring to a massive Zn deposit currently under way (Panorama) and being expanded and a producing expanding company.
The debt you refer to is being used for positive expansion plans and not for just ongoing cashflow needs. This is a "house of cards" built out of solid granite. They could hand it all back today and still be way in the black.
Your knowledge of EXT is so far of the mark it requires more reading by you. Why are you so concerned to be such a saviour of the masses?
