I have been using Interactive for past 13 years. I like there margin account and in this case they don't hold shares in your name. I thought they were held in your name if not a margin account. At 6 bucks a trade ( and less on various international markets) they are very cheap. Margin loans are very cheap and flexible
Regardless, all client funds/shares are segregated from company business. Suggest anyone interested read their security page on website.
