Also looked at Comsec re International Trading with LNC. The complexity of the application form [because of US component] was ridiculous [as well as obtrusive].
Ended up opening an ETRADE account, and have transferred my LNC shares in to it. Now in the process of opening a Global account with ETRADE which so far has been quite effortless -the support level from ETRADE Support Staff has been excellent. Expect it to be up early next week.
