The company says "This advanced manufacturing program will include certification to meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards in line with customer requirements" and that is dead right because many major purchasers require their suppliers to hold ISO 9001 and ISO14001 certification. Buy graphite from a polluting Chinese mine or from VXL with certification in place? Also worth noting that "In addition to several stakeholders' benefits, a number of studies have identified significant financial benefits for organizations certified to ISO 9001, with a 2011 survey from the British Assessment Bureau showing 44% of their certified clients had won new business. Corbett et al. showed that certified organizations achieved superior return on assets."
The company is gearing up to produce and sell product aimed at high tech applications in the global marketplace. Interesting to note that exploitation of their unique Arterial Flake is in their sights.
