Fred T/O can't happen, unless MOD agrees, it's as simple as that, and he has stated that he won't be selling the company at these prices, he has been selling a few shares on the market, to get some spending money I presume? but he still owns the lions share, the blocker as far as T/O goes, there were companies in the US that wanted to buy the company years ago I believe, but they weren't offering enough as far as Mike was concerned, and that would have been for much much more than what the SP is now!
I get the feeling that the US was piss*d about that, but thems the breaks, MOD has stated that he wan't metalstorm to be an Australian owned Defense Company!
