Great news nuts and all holders ....
... must have popped up overnight as I checked at midnight last night and it wasn't on EDGAR then
... one really big step closer now ... anytime
... on a quick glance it appears that on the form 20F there are no more additional items requiring filing .. the filing is complete ...
one hopes that Prima may just happen to pull out some big news to coincide with the Nasdaq listing to give some ipetus and momentum ....
... always remember that notation that Prima will list on the Nasdaq at a significant time in its development ....
