Let's see if iot is around in a 1 year time. My guess is that it won't be along with many other drone makers.
If i was invested in this company, i'd be calling for complete management overhaul. Getting rid of Duffell, Neylon might just turn things around. Those guys haven't done anything useful for the company except for raising cash. The head of technology's expertise are also questionable.
It's not too late to hire some proffessionals and get back to the Internet of Things as it was originally planned.
