I would guess that the 300% references the royalty increases, 

17/18 was $889,302 and 16/17 was 167,134 which is greater that 300% yoy.

Perhaps the 1.6M was an adjusted fugure based on the 1.5M mentioned in the annual report. (There was a brief comment at the agm of a discrepancy in the figures P&G versus what OBJ understood to have been manufactured.)

Even better would be if there are 1.6M devices out there in the market as we speak awaiting invoicing!
