In the absence of shorts SP tend to move upwards, if the big funds shorting BRN expected it to go lower they wouldn't have covered. I would assume the SP will start to climb again from here especially if there is news we are yet to hear about soon to drop.
The big question is will the SP be allowed to rise again and then have the hell shorted out of it all over again. Time will tell.
