I never said that LDA was privy to any ANN information, ... as they are an institution that will be representing the Co & they would have a legal obligation not to say anything about what is being discussed at the table anyway,
.....the sale conditions are always discussed,....as the minimum sale limit is set for those shares to the market when the Co gives the go-ahead,
