It means a dilution of the shares on offer. It also shows faith in the company if the takeover target is willing to take an all script offer,of course that depends upon the price they were pitched at (should be no more than 10% discount to market). I don't think there will be much action with this stock until we get last quarters earnings. If they are on target it will take off,if not it's anyones guess how low it can go.
