So true Kincella ... a fair rant also .

Lets not forget the original $14,000 grant ( Federal ) was bought in post - Gst , for new homes only ( yep my game ) as a refund of the collected GST on a new home .

Should have never moved from this market segment in my view , you could argue " I would say that " ..but its a reasonably logical argument . Why give a grant on something already constructed ??
