The next generation of CETO technology, CETO 6, is being now being developed by Carnegie and will be
demonstrated as part of the ‘CETO 6 Array project’ at a site located in 30 to 35 m of water, beyond Five
Fathom Bank to the west of the current PWEP site (Figure 1). This referral is for the marine geophysical,
geotechnical and baseline benthic habitat surveys planned in 2015 as part of the CETO 6 Array project.
These surveys will be undertaken across the CETO 6 Array project survey area (Figure 1). Survey data will
inform site selection for the offshore CETO 6 units, foundation design, export cable routing and stabilisation
and will assist in planning operational activities.
