    from those jobs - they look like they will be doing more work from August . So they will be ramping their staff (getting in the intern (cheap grunt labour) to cater for increased workload during design and construction phase. Ramping - is relative term...

    it's shows that they are progressing steadily.

    just wish the SP would be going up too.
