I agree, if UIL Ltd value 101 million CWE shares at 3.4 cents, why would the market value it any higher.
I think "torpor" is the right word to describe the market's current attitude to CWE.
Evidence of this could be seen six months ago when POW was going ballistic on very little good news, while CWE was languishing on a raft of positive announcements. Unfortunately for POW holders, they too are experiencing torpor at this time as well.
On the positive side, this situation can be reversed by both companies but it will take something mighty big to do it.
