I should have added that the $5mill in Reunion was just to evaluate the site and drop a few CETO III's in the water. While I'm not in the habit of expecting grants any more, I'll give the French govt the benefit of the doubt that they aren't as stupid as the Australian govt, and will plonk more money on top for an actual site, however small (no comments about me being naieve please!)
